Friday Fun: The closet...oh The Clothes!

Simple steps to clearing out, and downsizing to what you need, and what you really want to keep...

Have you accumulated through the years - the kids outgrowing everything, everyone in the house, growing and changing styles; time goes by and it can get a little out of control.....that in turn result into more laundry...its a cycle, and it can get vicious
..so many go without, and some of us have more than we need

Ask yourself:
Do I love it?
Do I wear it?
Does it project the image I want?
Does it itch or scratch?
Does it pinch my toes? Are the heels too high to walk in?
Is it moldy? Smelly? Stained?
Does it fit?

Decluttering Tips
• Start with 5 minutes at a time
• Give one item away each day
• Fill an entire trash bag
• Donate clothes you never wear
• Create a decluttering checklist
• View your home as a first-time visitor
• Take before and after photos of a small area

It cant all be done in one day, you cant do the whole house at once, but it also doesn't have to be overwhelming, and it CAN change!!
