We are resuming regular hours as of Monday, April 18th.

As of Monday, March 14th, masks will no longer be mandatory for treatments! Of course, the choice to wear a mask is personal and respect will be given to clients who choose to continue wearing them. I have no issues continuing to wear a mask for your treatment, just let me know and I will have them readily available. Sanitization between clients will remain the same as it currently is.

What is TMD?
TMD stands for Temporomandibular Disorder - a disfunction in the jaw (TMJ). TMD can be caused by imbalances in the muscles of your jaw caused by clenching, chewing, or grinding of your teeth.

Symptoms can range from:
-Jaw Pain/Popping
-Difficulty opening or closing the jaw
-Ear pain or ringing in the ear (tinnitus)
-Pain in face, neck, or shoulder
-Headache

Massage Therapy can provide relief for TMJ issues caused by tightened or imbalanced muscles though manual massage and remedial exercise.
