Silky-smooth cultured cashew cheese. Unlike most commercial vegan cheeses on the market, this artisanal plant based fauxmage doesn’t contain any palm or coconut oil. It’s made in small batches, to order. It can be sliced on a pizza, spread on a cracker or eaten as is. The perfect addition to your vegan grazing board.

Cabane à Sucre vegan sausage with or without the walnut crust. Smoky and sweet. Oil free, same as all my other varieties.

I’m all about hearty fall salads this week. Brocoli Salad with cranberries & roasted pecans and garlicky Green Beans Almondine Salad.

It’s taste testing time! Beer Brats and Paprika Onion Sausage to grace our plant based charcuterie board at Thanksgiving.
Finally perfected my Plant Based Beer Bratwurst! Delicious served hot in a bun with grainy mustard or cold, sliced on a vegan charcuterie board. The only fat in these puppies comes from a tiny bit if tahini…so they’re good for the ❤️
Let’s talk Perogies! The ones I grew up with, made by my Babcia, were chock full of love, and sadly-lots of cheese. I’ve tried over the years to make a healthier version, but could never get the dough quite right, and they’re so time consuming to make! Well, I’m happy to say I’m now in perogie heaven after randomly turning over a bag of frozen perogies at Metro and reading the ingredients. No cheese! No oil! Some of the Pelmen perogies and pelmeni contain meat and dairy, but they have a huge selection that doesn’t. At around $5 a bag, they’re very affordable. We had the potato onion ones yesterday with baked sauerkraut and my new seitan beer bratwurst. Przepyszny! (That’s Polish for delicious 😉.)
