Today i was watching a course on personal development and growth, and they’ve broken it down to something i would’ve never thought of, and it made absolute sense to me, and i’m sure it will broaden your understanding too about life and decisions.

Here it goes:

𝐁: Belief system
𝗔: Action
𝐑: Results

⭐️ Raising the BAR starts with rewiring your Belief system to see things in a very different perspective. You MUST to believe in yourself and that no matter how difficult the journey is, you’re going to get to where you set out for

⭐️Now once you believe in yourself and in your capabilities, taking ACTION is the most important thing that you have to do. Things don’t just happen for themselves, YOU have to do whatever it takes to get what you want

⭐️ Result is the outcome of the Action that you’ve taken. If you believe in yourself and take action, the Result will always be in your favor.

Don’t make the same mistake that everyone does by working on the RESULTS first, always start from the top by rewiring your beliefs and take the appropriate action, the results will happen on their own 😊

Once that is generating a sold income, build another one, and another one… That’s how you escape the rat race and become financially independent ✅
6- Your dreams are the reasons why you’re alive. Do whatever it takes to make them come true ✅
7- Growth = Living. The minute you stop growing is the minute you’re dead. Invest in yourself, be smart and keep advancing your life to higher levels ✅
8- Be grateful for EVERTHING you have and for the way you are now. Only by knowing who you are and what you have, you can you grow to something bigger

What changes our believes and entwines with our path towards success is our thoughts because our brain is always eavesdropping on our thoughts, whether they are on a conscious or subconscious level, and when we see that what we’re doing is bringing us the results that we want.

That is why I love that i have the opportunity to own an online business. It altered my beliefs about the complexity of getting ahead in life, that it’s simpler to become successful that i had ever envisioned, and seeing the results boosted my confidence even more and got me more success.

And the best part is, anyone can take this step and build their life towards success.

For the past week, we’ve been entertaining the girls with Elf activities. Today, he was a little sick and they wanted to take care of him.

And suddenly, the entire pharmacy was laid beside him and they gave him every single medication that we had, including asthma treatment 😂

We found out we have potential doctors in the house 😁

If you’ve been an employee and worked on projects, you’re familiar with SMART goals to manage and divide projects into smaller attainable tasks

If you don’t know, SMART is Specific Measurable Action Realistic Timely goals.

This approach is very efficient in attaining a realistic goals in a timely manner.

Now, step back and think about it. What if the thing that you want to realize is not realistic, will this method still work? What if you can’t measure it and you don’t know how much time it will take you to achieve it, how will you be able to plan it?

You see, SMART goals planning is only useful when you’re an employee working on tasks, but what will you do to make your dreams come true? Which method will you use then?

When we reserved for this weekend getaway, the weather forecast was supposed to be a sunny weekend and we planned so many stuff to do, but in reality it was as rainy as it can get 🚿

The only view and sightseeing that we enjoyed was looking from the 9th onto the city 😁

But we benefited from this weekend and had an amazing time together, most importantly the kids enjoyed living this experience, which is what matters 😊

“You are who you surround yourself with”

Take a step back and look around, who do you see?

From your closest family, to your best friends and acquaintances:

🅰️ Are they supportive? Positive? Successful?

🅱️ Or, are they self centered, negative, wait for you to fail to push you down further, or see your success intimidating?

If 🅰️, then you’re very lucky! You should stick very close to them because they celebrate your success and help you get back on your feet when you’re down. There love for you is real!

But if it’s 🅱️, then you should find yourself people that are 🅰️. Negative people will only give you negative energy, which is why you’re stuck where you are and can’t grow.

Simple, isn’t it? 😊

I asked this question to myself 3 years ago, and it changed my life ever since.

I want you to sit by yourself for 10 minutes, no one around, with a clear mind in a calm place, and ask yourself this simple question:

“Is this the life that I always dreamed of living?”

To me, the answer was NO!

I’ve been in the corporate the world for the past 16 years. I gave all my time and knowledge to other people and companies to grow and benefit from the massive returns, while I was left with the breadcrumbs. I had no time neither for myself or family to actually LIVE. It was wake-up/work/eat/sleep/repeat. I’m pretty sure your story relates to mine, right?

I started looking for ways to change my reality, where better then to people who are already successful. After listening to their success stories, they all talked about the same thing:

“If your WHY is strong enough, you will figure out the HOW”

This means that if you have strong reasons to make something happen, like your life depends on it, like you will never take NO or FAILURE for an answer, you will find a way to make it happen.

And they are absolutely right! All the greats are actually great because they never let down from achieving their goals, even if it takes them years to get there. They worked more than everyone else, worked harder, smarter, got back up after failing, to get to where they want to be.

I went on and on to find my HOW, and 3 years ago, i was able to find it and got to where i am now, living in fulfillment and happiness with my family 👩‍👧‍👧👨‍👦

I’ll share HOW in later posts, because what worked for me CAN work for YOU too! IF your WHY is big enough 🙂
