Here’s a cool video of the extrusion process taking place at our new plant in Belgium! During the reactive compounding phase, the material is melted together with additives. The compound goes through an extrusion process and is then turned into pellets to be used in new products made from post-consumer resin.

Here’s an up-close look at Lavergne’s reactive compounding extrusion machine. Extrusion machines are an important part of the process as old plastics become new, by combining two steps into one: 1. The base polymers are melted and blended with additives 2. The compound goes through an extrusion process and is then pelletized

🎉 Happy Birthday! 🎉 Here's a video of our colleagues in Haiti celebrating everyone who has a birthday this month. They do this every month for one another and it's always such a great time. We use these parties to share company issues, improvements, and objectives. It's a way to celebrate and learn as a team, and everyone has a great time.

#TBT to when Jean Luc Lavergne spoke at the Metro Vancouver Zero Waste Conference about our initiative that turns old HP printer cartridges into new ones, creating a cost-effective #CircularEconomy.
