La semaine dernière, j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer de pour discuter du Evolution steel framing et m'apporter un kit d'échantillon.

Starting up with a project from last year that got pushed back.
With the current price and availability of pressure treated wood, we're working with new type of wood: galvanized steel. Now the structure will last as long as the decking.

Mon projet intérieur annuel. Un sous sol complet avec une nouvelle salle de bain et la rénovation d'une autre salle de bain. Phase 1: plus de 70 feuilles de gypse. Une chance que j'aime plâtrer (sauf les plafonds, voir la dernière photo pour la raison 😁)

My annual indoor project. A full basement with a new bathroom and a bathroom remodel. I really wished would have cortex plugs for drywall (or perhaps, I should try the pamfast with drywall screws). I should invest in a tool kit, especially for ceilings (see last picture for the why.😁)
