Recently I ordered many cleansers in an effort to find a new cleanser. For many years, I have used Lancome's Gel Radiance, which Lancome has discontinued. It was one of the few cleansers that did not make my face turn bright red. For many decades now I have had very sensitive skin that reacts to most cleansers by turning red and feeling like I have a severe sunburn. After the redness, days of peeling occurs. Of all the cleansers that I have tried, your Vegetable Cleanser has been by far the best. I have been very methodical in my testing of new cleansers by washing the left side of my face with a new cleanser and the right side with the Lancome cleanser. If I have tolerated the cleanser, I try to do four days with each new cleanser. Only your cleanser makes the left side of my face look better than the old cleanser. The area cleansed with your product looks very calm and healthy!!

During my trials with new cleansers, I think that I have determined that the culprit ingredients are propylene glycol and butylene glycol. Every cleanser with those ingredients has made my face burn and sting.

Thank you for making such a great cleanser, and I look forward to years of using it. I hope that there are no plans to discontinue it in the near future.
