Come be a part of the magic that is the Rhythm Cradle. This is a sound healing experience that brings the community together to both give and receive through gentle drumming, whimsical percussion, meditation, and sacred healing touch.

Join us upstairs in the yoga room of the old fire hall collective in Nakusp, BC 2-4pm. Please bring any mats, pillows, blankets needed to be comfortable. instruments provided. Tickets available online or at the door. *Limited Quantity*
