Happy Monday 👋🏼 Here is an exercise for you! Back burner / front burner: Make a list of all the tasks and projects you have going on right now and sort them into 2 categories. Front burner is what’s immediate, what needs your attention right today/this week. Back burner is what you can set aside for later this season/later this year. A simple way of cultivating mental clarity and practice prioritizing ✨
I’ve recently went to see Inside Out 2 and felt like they did such a good job at representing anxiety. Stress is something we all experience at one point or another. Life is full of stressors, and sometimes our inner world can add more stress than necessary. We don’t have control over how much stress comes into our lives but we do have control over how we respond to it. As we approach the beginning of a new week: ✨ what is one thing you can do right now ✨ what is one thing you can allow yourself to drop For me talking in my reels has been something I’ve been putting off (so there you go, first one ✅) and this week I’ve placed a few projects on the back burner.
