Island Trail Gnomes

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to apologize as I have not been able to submit any Island trail gnomes searches in the last few months. Facebook has decided that this site is influencing people and has banned us from using it. ( somehow I got on today) Sadly the only influence has been to encourage to get outside , enjoy nature and find an adorable gnome at the same time. I am trying to get around it but it is not looking positive in our favour. 

I thank everyone who participated, followed, shared and hope you were lucky enough to find an Island Trail gnome. 

Wish us luck to stay active! ( we have lots of gnomes to hide still)!!

#10 Gnome Search “Aiko” has been hidden at The Chemainus River Estuary ( off of Swallowfield RD).
This is a perfect nature trail for anyone wanting to take it easy and is stroller and dog friendly! At the Junction - Keep Left 👍 Enjoy the peaceful sounds of birds chirping and watching the many Eagles flying overhead.

#8 Gnome search ✅ “Lampy” has been let loose at “ Hole in the Wall” trail in Port Alberni, BC!

What a great little short walk to a beautiful swimming hole. The trail has some compact snow at the moment, not too bad though.

#6 Gnome Search ✅ “Dex” is waiting to be found at Nymph Falls Nature Park in Comox Valley. *Access the trailhead off Forbidden Plateau Road.
Dex was last spotted on the River Trail above the falls. Beautifully maintained trail hike loop on the Flowing Puntledge River.
Please remember to post a photo when you find Dex and he is yours to keep!

#4 Gnome search “Nirbert” ☀️ was up early to enjoy the beauty view of Little Qualicum Falls near Qualicum Beach, BC.

This trail is a favourite for sure! It is a short loop but so beautiful and serene.

Wizzle is a quiet fellow but he really enjoyed counting all the wooden 🦉 hidden in the trees.

Gnorbitt is a very mellow gnome and usually sticks to main paths and trails. No climbing mountains for this gnome!

#1 Gnome search “Blink” our festive 🎃 holiday Gnome has been let loose in the Holland Creek Trail, Ladysmith, BC

Blink was last seen on the “Red” or Difficult portion of the trail. He is one energetic gnome so be prepared for an energetic hike.
