Meet one of our therapists! Here are some fun facts:

Introducing James:

-Married to Lisa.
-Was EXTREMELY late picking up Lisa on their first date.
-Lisa and the kids have an inside joke about him being cringy and super unaware of it.
-Trips over anything and everything, even when told “Watch out for that…”,
-Tries to argue his way out of eating his vegetables
-Makes Lisa her work lunches
-Knows a lot about the Real Housewives…

-Playfully teases her kids that she's going to teach sexual health at their school, just to get a rise out of them,

-Not a morning person.
-Named her very cute, fluffy cat "Jaws".
-Stickler about being on time

Big plans.

As a highly sensitive person and an empath, I am constantly challenged with my big feelings and holding the pain of others. Being a HSP and an empath is such a beautiful thing, but it can often feel like a huge burden to the person who is. Can you relate?~Lisa
