Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
- Create and implement workout routines that are safe and effective
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Educate participants on proper form, technique, and exercise modifications
- Lead group warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretching sessions
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness area

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate participant
- Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and execute fitness classes
- Ability to communicate effectively with participants of all fitness levels
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer is preferred, but not required

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 17 per week
