A super weekend at the Pen Center St. Catharines! Another wonderful venue put on by Events Connected Canada! Always a well run and executed event by Christine’s team!! We will be back!

Just got these beautiful cherry bomb peppers from a local grower. Not sure to make hot sauce #5 or hot pepper jelly #4. Gonna have to cut one open a give it a bite😳. Stay tuned for the choice and result!!

First batch of hot pepper jelly done. Love the colour. Can’t wait to taste!! Three more jellies in the works. One made with beer👨‍🍳

Got hot sauce #4 bottled today! Tandoori Flamethrower! Flavours of India. Love the bright red colour. Will be listed on the website this week. Stay tuned…. Hot pepper jelly is in the works👨‍🍳

Working on some black walnut long boards. 48 “ long with varied widths. Will be on sale at our next event at the Caledonia fair grounds June 9-11. Come and see us!!

A little sneak peek into the new line of hardwood charcuterie boards. 48” long, 8-12” wide and about an inch thick. Some have been oiled. Just need to burn in the brand and attach the new handles.

Great day for long boards. Oiled and ready for branding. Started experimenting with a casting resin. Filled nail holes with blue tinted resin. Looks really cool! I also filled one that may have gotten wasted. I will oil the other 46 board’s tomorrow 🤣

It’s a beautiful warm and sunny day here in Niagara. Been working on book three and found it was time for a break. Made this bacon wrapped meatloaf and mozzarella grilled cheese topped with an aioli including some of Guy Fieri’s bbq sauce. Delish!!🧑‍🍳🤟😁
