New Sessions! You asked so we’re delivering! Wi******er Stride has 6 upcoming sessions in March and April to get your athlete ready for Spring tryouts! Sessions are: March 25-5pm, April 1 - 5pm, April 8- 5pm, April 16 - 3pm, April 22- 5 pm and April 28 - 6pm. All sessions are Gateway Ice Centre and run 1 hour in length. Do all 6 and save at 220.00 or sign up for individual sessions at 40.00 each. We are working on stride mechanics and where your athlete can improve their power and stride efficiency so they have max endurance and boost during their 45-60 second shifts on the ice. We will also focus on explosive starts and edge work. Skating is the foundation of hockey.
