We had a delicious crêpe class yesterday, lobster crêpes, then Italian crespelle and then a fruit coulis crepe.
Paella - fresh crab, mussels, 3 types of chorizo, Bomba + much more & of course saffron. Such a fun delicious class with some great ladies. Roasted tomato, ricotta, serrano & pancetta bruschetta with crispy sage to start.
fresh pasta carbonara made with walnut and olive sausage from Murray's Farm Butcher Shoppe, Ottawa St, Hamilton. Out of this world!
Pie class. It will soon be Tammy's birthday and her friends treated her to a pie class. Lovely bunch of ladies.
Guy's Night - Bachelor party class. Brilliant group of guys who made last night's class a fabulous hands on experience. Lots of questions, prepping, chopping and good food. Great fun.
Delicious tapas class last weekend. Great group who love their food, cooking, and having a fantastic time. Hard to decide which was the best tapas - too many to choose from
Pasta done 2 ways. Class on Saturday was with an incredible group of women. We made a huge amount of fresh fettucine and then dressed it with Guanciale Sausage Carbonara and the other half was done in a clam-mussel-calamari-shrimp tomato sauce. Both so good, not sure if one was declared the winner. And of course we started it all off with a mango, roasted red pepper bruschetta. Mama mia, so good. Mangiare, mangiare .
We had a delicious Beef Wellington class in April - everyone pitched in, and the results were so tasty.

Fun cooking class with Lisa Astro and her sous/hubby Fabio at Casa di Marley in Lecce, Puglia. They shared their beautiful kitchen and some great techniques and we all got to enjoy the delicious results
1st full day in this beautiful part of Italy and were lucky enough to find a wonderful place for lunch, although I don't think you could go too far wrong here. Anyway, fresh caught that morning, this fish dish was great. They served the head on the side as a bonus - we were encouraged to treat ourselves to the cheeks and the eyes. The cheeks were delicious, you will have to find someone else to tell you about the eyes. Surprisingly I could not attempt it, maybe I needed a Negroni to make me take the risk.
Jim's doing the scenic shots, I'll do the food. This is where we ate our 1st night here. We also had an incredible flan for an appetizer, but alas, we devoured it before I thought to take a pic. Highly recommend this place, great wine, food and service.
Seriously slurpy, so good. From class this week
Linguine with clams , cheesy gr onions & poppyseed bread and Peking chicken wraps. Great class, everyone pitched in, learned some knife skills and best of all enjoyed the delicious results

Fun and tasty Tapas class
Cannelloni was incredibly delicious, and everyone got to take home some ragu and Sicilian tomato sauce
Pasta class in Spanish with some people from Columbia. Lots of fun.
We made pasta, lots & lots of pasta, and other goodies too
15 women from McMaster created a delicious Asian lunch 'gōng xǐ' (well done)
And we all had a lot of fun in the process
Greek chicken salad, no lettuce but lots of other veg. Empty plates tells the story

Korean ribs, Ceasar Slaw and grilled eggplant, another great class
Cambodian fish amouk class
Stir Fry class - crispy wontons, chicken and shrimp stir fry with loads of vegys
