Gnocchi with Biltong, Broccoli and Boursin Cream Cheese. What a combo! Treat yourself tonight 😋
Ingredients:
100g It’s a Breese Biltong
1 pack Boursin Cream Cheese
1 - 2 crowns of Broccoli
500g Gnocchi
A touch of cream
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan and parsley to garnish
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:
1. Chop broccoli and biltong up, put into bowl, add 1-2 tablespoons of water, cover and microwave until
broccoli is tender and biltong has rehydrated and softened a little.
2. Cook gnocchi by following instructions on the pack, remove from stove and drain when ready.
3. Use same pot to melt the Boursin, and add a little cream to thin it down a bit.
4. Add biltong and broccoli, stir in gnocchi.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with parsley and parmesan, and ENJOY!
