Ryan Louie (McMaster A Ca****la 2016-2021) is an independent artist, vocal arranger, producer, and founder of RyN Vocals.

Coming from a Musical Theatre and Choral background, Ryan specializes in turning commonly heard tunes into grandiose vocal arrangements featuring big sounds and uncommon vocal techniques. He has been a part of the Canadian A Ca****la scene for 6 years now, arranging and performing with Collegiate groups, making custom vocal arrangements, and professionally producing A Ca****la singles, EPs, and albums (Western University "Equivox"). His mission is to help people find their voices and tell new and inspiring stories through the beauty and power of vocal music.

Hey everyone!

I will be hosting an introductory audio production workshop on behalf of the McMaster A Ca****la Club tomorrow evening! Check it out if you want to learn some cool stuff about how music is actually made (with an emphasis on A Ca****la of course)!

MMAC presents our very first Music Production Workshop 🎵🎤🥰 Come join us Friday February 25th from 7-9 pm on Zoom to learn how to produce an A Ca****la vocal track! All levels of experience are welcome!!

The workshop will be run by Ryan Louie, here’s a bit about him:

“Ryan has been with the MMAC since 2016, and started his audio mixing journey at the start of 2021. Since then, he has released a solo EP mixed and mastered by himself, and has mixed audio for other A Ca****la groups, learning from leaders in the industry.”

Hard to believe that a full year has come and gone so fast. Even crazier to think that I started this music channel just a year ago as well! Over the course of the past year I released 5 music videos (and numerous unreleased covers!) which previously I thought was just a distant dream! I wanted to say thank you to my loving family, Nathaly Jarrin for your constant help and assistance with making my dream a reality, and all of you for your constant feedback and supporting my music! Without all of you, I wouldn't be able to do this, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I can't wait to see what next year has in store and what new projects will arise! I hope to do a project a month, maybe more depending on how things play out!
