In order to improve Forno overall customer services, we decided to switch our existing online ordering system to a new one.
The new system will be more efficient and error reducing.
Unfortunately, despite our many attempts and efforts, we were still facing the technical difficulties with loyalty points program in new system. We will launch the new loyalty program and update the information soon. 
We kindly advise each of our customers that please use your points before June 30th , 2022, otherwise your points may be washed out in new system from July 1st, 2022. We apologize for the inconvenience.
