Official Page for the Oakville Twelvers Youth Club
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and everyone of you for your enthusiastic participation, dedicated volunteering, and generous donations at the Arbaeen walk and Sabeel. We distributed countless amounts of tabarruk, contributed to clean up, and walked in the name of Imam Hussain (as).
Your unwavering support has not only brought the community together but has also showcased the spirit of unity, compassion, and selflessness that Imam Hussain (as) stood for.
Thank you for for coming together as a community, and for making a difference. Each family’s contributions, whether through their time, energy, or donations, have helped us smoothly and successfully execute the Oakville Twelvers Sabeel event Alhumdulilah.
The level of commitment and genuine enthusiasm displayed by our youth as they offered tabarruk and engaged in the walk is truly remarkable and touching.
May the blessings of Imam Hussain (as) continue to inspire and guide us, and may your efforts always be rewarded. We look forward to continuing this noble journey together in the future, and hope to see everyone who did not get a chance to participate this year, join us next year! ❤️🤍💚 Jazak’Allah!
Oakville Twelvers invites you to join us for Sabeel e Imam Hussain (AS) on the 27th of August, in Downtown Toronto! Location: 361 University Avenue, Toronto
With your support last year, we were able to distribute countless amounts of taburruk, water, snacks, chips and more.
Our kids also distributed informative flyers and participated in garbage collection.
Let’s do the same this year and help make this years Sabeel as amazing as last year. If you would like to donate, get involved, or volunteer, please fill the form in our bio *(DEADLINE: August 18th)*
See you there InshaAllah!
Oakville Twelvers have had the honour to organize amazing events throughout the year. We have come a long way since we started and have truly made the most out of our first year as a youth council.
Our community has become stronger than ever, and these events would’ve never been possible without the help of our youth, volunteers, parents, coaches, and mentors. We have accomplished a lot so far in giving back to the community and can’t wait for what’s to come in the future inshaAllah.
Thank you to all those who have contributed, helped, and supported. Our first year as a youth council has been incredibly successful thanks to all your support, and we are very grateful 🤍
Salam all, please be advised that the Eid Ul Fitr event that was originally being held on May 6th has now been postponed to May 7th 4-7pm. Reason for change is 15th Shawal is date of shahdat of Imam Jaffar Sadiq AS.
Should there be anyone who would like to refund their ticket, please reach out to Sani Rizvi, Sadaf Saeed or Faiza Husain by :
4th May - Thursday 7pm *latest*.
We understand that at such short notice, this may impact family's personal plans and commitment for Sunday May 7th, but we will be really grateful if you all could join us and celebrate with us.
FYI - we had followed ISIJ calendar while we made our initial booking that had 25th Shawal as date of shahdat.
The OT youth council wishes you a happy and peaceful Eid 🤍 May Allah (swt) grant all your duas and may you have a blessed Eid ✨🌙
