Epicure has knocked it out of the park this season with the Meal Solutions 💥. This was last nights dinner and both my son & I loved it. It’s very flavorful with a bit of kick. I subbed broccoli for the green beans and added extra because I realized I didn’t have spinach 🥦🥦🥦

Ingredients
1⁄2 lb (227 g) trimmed green beans, about 2 cups
2 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) lean ground chicken
1 pkg Thai Basil Chicken Seasoning (Pack of 3)
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
4 cups baby spinach
1–2 tsp fish sauce, optional

15 min 🇹🇭 4 servings

Preparation
Cut beans into 1” pieces. Set aside.
Heat oil in Wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and seasoning; stir-fry 2 min, breaking up meat.
Stir in green beans and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min, or until chicken is cooked. Add spinach, stir-fry until spinach is wilted. Stir in fish sauce, if desired.
