The dog kept flipping her water dish and food dishes over and smacking them across the floor so now she gets a cool little stand for her dishes so she can't knock them over

It's been a crazy last 7-8 weeks as I just finished the basement reno in our new place, moved out of the old place and my shop and am currently working on setting up my new shop space and getting settled again
Have some big jobs coming up that I'm excited to start and share with everyone
This reno has a been a whirl wind for me alot of long days and late nights but it's nice to see it coming together
Still need to do a little bit of set up and do the trim and baseboards and hang the barn door over the laundry room but you sure appreciate your space a little more when you build it yourself with the help a few good friends
Before and after of the bathroom, just need to install the new vanity

Another wine barrel coffee table in the works, this one is going to a new home in Georgetown Ontario when it's all done
Did the final coat of mud today on the drywall, one last sand on Thursday or Friday then we can start painting and laying flooring down
Drywals all done.......
For someone who doesn't Drywall for a living I think it's safe to say I did a pretty good job.........now time to start taping and mudding then we can paint and start putting in new floors

A little bit about me
Hello everyone, thank you all for liking my page and following me on this new journey. For those of you who don’t me my name is Jody Wasdal and i am 29 years old, i grew up in a small town of about 3000 people, i have two other brothers and i am the middle child, i am dad to a an amazing 3 year old little boy. I started wood working with my dad when i was just a boy and for as long as i can remember i always had a tool belt on and was trying to help my dad every chance i had. I remember using anything and everything we could find to build bike, skateboard, Rollerblade jumps because in the small town i grew up in we didn't have skate parks until i was about 13. Its pretty special to me now that i get to share this experience with my son and i think hes the best shop helper there is and i really appreciate the memories i shared with my dad and now passing them on to my son and getting to make new memories with him. In 2011 i left my hometown and started my carpentry journey and attended S.A.I.T and took my first year carpentry, once i was done school i spent a year building houses before leaving for B.C to start my career where i am now a journeyman scaffolder, i have always had a passion for wood working and never had the space to do it. Now that i have a garage big enough i can start building my business and understanding how much work goes into it and what it takes to succeed in this industry, because there are so many talented individuals out there creating amazing custom work and im looking forward to expanding my business as time goes on.
