How do I set New Moon Intentions for Manifestions?
I have frequently been asked about intention setting so I have simplified a quick guide below👇🏽 I hope this is helpful🙏🏾
New Moon Intention Setting 101:
1.Find a quiet space indoors or outdoors
2.Clear Your Aura and Environment ( I love using Palo Santo and Cedar Combination)
3. Ask your Creator,Guides,Guardians, Ancestors and or Angles to surround you with a light of protection.
4. Sit or Stand quietly and invision a white light entering the Crown Chakra (top of head) and filling your entire body, physical and energetic.
5.Focus on your Breath.. bringing your attention to your heart.( you can place your hand over your Heart if guided)
6. You can write your intentions in a journal, spelled paper,or visualize. Once you feel connected to your specific Intentions for manifestions you can burn the paper with your written Intentions or save it to be burned on the next New Moon.
7.Once visualization or written intentions are complete it is time to express gratitude to the energies you called in for protection and guidance.
🌛Example: I express deepest gratitude to my (Ancestors and Creator of All That Is) for you guidance, protection and Blessings on this New Moon. May I be in alignment with Source Energy and connected to Higher Self.
