Battle Damage Props
Greetings every one and welcome. I make props and outfits from EVA foam and have many of those items for sale. I also do commissions. Enjoy
As a veteran owned and operated business I pride myself on my attention to detail.
Always a fun time trying something new. Superman box. Because with great power comes great responsibility? Superman Smash? Up and Atom?
I'll show myself out now.
Busy busy busy. Here's a shot of about half the pieces I made over the last 2 weeks.
More stuff incoming
I'm glad I made the drive to Petawawa to personally deliver several of these to folks I've met through the years. Michelle is one of the best soldiers, one of the hardest working people that I have the privilege of knowing. Truly a selfless human being who still continues to inspire and sacrifice her time for the betterment of others. As a young private (and latter as an idiot Corporal) she was always there to guide and help me and many others at battalion. Every one that knows her has nothing but kind words to say. Pro Patria Warrant Officer Osmond.
Just dropped these off to one of my closest friends. Thank you Ian for all the years and dedicated service to keeping people safe and helping cats get out if trees.

Mothers Day may be upon us soon, and perhaps some of you may not have been as prepared as others and just like the titanic you missed the warning signs until it's too late. Maybe you live around the Ottawa area and need a rushed order. Or maybe you're a well prepared navigator of holidays like the amazing daughter who got this for her dad. If something like this interest you, send me a DM, email. Something like this is priced at 80. Unless you need it done within two days, then there's a 20 dollar fee for not thinking of your mom sooner.
Friend of mine is retiring soon, so here's his 'thanks for 20 years' gift
Druim-nan-deur, The Ridge of Tears. Seems appropriate for this beast. I do believe it's the largest prop I've made. And it lights up
Hi, I've entered one of my costumes in a contest and need your help. It's on insta gram so follow the link to go and vote. This isn't spam or a trick, I just want to win 🤣

Just a hoarde of wood work. None of which I'm keeping...so there's that.
Vista print would probably be cheaper but I have a feeling that wooden business cards are making a come back. Bottom one was the latest attempt to get my slogan to be legible.
Here's a shield from the zelda Series. Let's see who my super nerds are, which game in the zelda series is this from?
Ontop of making Props, Cosplay outfits and wood working, I can also course correct projects as well. For example:
Here's some wood working projects I've pumped out recently. Always back and forth between wood and foam.
There I was, goofing around with my mask when this happened. 🤣. Dosent work when I reverse the masks though. .
My Youngest son, Ryan, wanted to get into foamsmithing. The shield on the left is one he did by himself, I was pretty impressed with how he did the cut outs just by eyeballing photos of the original. The one on the right is what we worked on together (dollar store foam, good to learn on). He's seen me work on things and I've talked him through projects before, but repetition is key so we started at step one, templating. Luckily Kamui Cosplay had a template on her website. One we cut out the shapes we than angled them with the dremel and assembled them onto the face of the shield. The next step is one he missed on his first shield. Priming. Priming these build is not always a 100 percent necessary, more like 98 percent 😂. There's some grey area depending on the build. We went eith flexbond as it's non toxic, usually i would go with plastidip for something like this where a priming material could bunch up, but again, I wanted him to practice application. Once the flexbond was done we went onto painting. Alot of airbrushing. Ryan did the majority if airbrushing and painting. I showed him a few things (including dry brushing) and he did the rest. He has a patience you don't see in most people and I think for his third build he did a stellar job.
Another mask done
Work in progress Wednesday. I'm in the mood for a celtic inspired mask.
Welp, I've tried different lighting but the swords are just too shiny 😆. Not done yet, I'll need to paint the guard and wrap the handles but it was fun to make these. Not going to lie, I was definitely doing silly samurai poses in the mirror with these.
Hi every one, been a while since I've posted. Been away from my tools. Here's a peak at part of a comission for a charecter named Neliel from Bleach (an anime i never watched).
Now it's time to make the rest
These little guys loved their new Foam armor. I'm sure they'll have many hours of fun larping
When I get that spark to build it's nonstop. Here's another half a day project. No filters, it actually does reflect light as a rainbow sheen.
I present another finished Comission: The Astawa Glaive. Around 8 feet tall and can be broken down into three separate pieces.
Almost finished preping thr glaive for painting. Wooooo
Just some laser burning projects from the last day.
If any one's interested, please DM me
For all of my Military friends past and present serving:
If any one's interested in getting something like this made for yourself, a friend or family member or a coworker give me a shout. DM or email at [email protected]
20 dollars with out finish or sealing
30 with finish and sealing
Pro pat
I swear I am still making props and other costumes. These wood working projects are becoming more popular than I imagined.
Allright, been a fun couple of days getting these all ready.
If any one is interested in something like this, or having a family/unit Crest done up please message me.
Prices start at 20 for just the burning. 5 for stain and 5 for a finish.
Take care.
Most are probably aware, some may not. I'm in the military and I try to keep work at work. Sometimes that's not possible, but I'm happy about this situation. Eric is my 2IC and one of the hardest working people I've met. Pretty sure he's not on Facebook, but I decided to surprise him with this gift.
And in the spirit of giving, if any wants a wood burning, like this one for example which is going for 15 (20 if you want a lacquer finish), please contact me
Not necessarily a prop or outfit, but I have been getting request for more wood burning. I have a blow torch that I'm using to experiment with shading.
If any one is interested in one of these, DM me.
Not my usual build or prop but I'm expanding into wood burning.
This is one of a wild elusive red head.
Welcome to the site. I finally took the time to put something together instead of just using instagram. I'll still be making post on my personal page but for all my other projects this is the place to view them. There'a also a shop with pricing and shopify is coming.
Cheers.
