"The Student Experience Office will provide classroom bookings for accredited academic societies/groups for the purpose of academic study sessions without requiring an approved event risk management form.

These will be processed provided that the title for that booking includes that it is an academic study session.

Please note that the booking must only be used to study and if combined with something else (ex. study and movie night) an approved event risk management form would be required."
