Almost done this Navien install. A few more connections, gas and condensate and we’ll have it up and running. Because the unit is centralized in a closet between two bathrooms and the kitchen we decided to go with a concentric vent through the roof.

Some freestanding Maxx tubs

It was such a nice day that I was able to give the work van a little bit of love.

In slab below grade rough in. makes a great plug and play sump! Just a little 3 piece bathroom with a bar sink and an emergency floor drain.

I bought some extra stock on these valves cause my neighborhood is riddled with Polly B. I’ve repipes both neighbors houses and a few others. Part of the process is adding in the automated valve for extra insurance! This one is concealed in the laundry room cabinet!

Polly B repipe! This client had grey polly B pipe throughout their house. Insurance company wanted it removed. We used Uponors Aquapex for the repipe and added a hot water recirc system. We were able to decrease the wait time for hot water from 3 minutes from the furthest fixtures to 3 seconds. We also brought the main water line into the laundry room and added the PRV, gauges and a water filter that’s completely accessible.

Transitions! Polly B repipe, classic rancher with polly b coming up connecting to copper tails in the wall. Cut out the polly b barb, press on the adapter. Expand the Aquapex and connect!

A few of my EDC’s, I carry flashlights. They have been great, the TC15 is pretty awesome and I think they came out with an updated version (V2) that’s brighter and cheeper! I just recently acquired the TH30 V2 headlamp and it super bright at over 3000 lumens. If you need a bright edc flashlight I highly recommend you check them out!
