Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know that I am on holidays and will be out of town! I will be back in the clinic next Thursday, September 5th and will get back to any inquiries then. I hope everyone has a fun and safe long weekend!

You may notice that the next time you book, there will be a Cancellation/No show policy that you must agree to before booking.

I want to be very transparent with this and make as many people aware of this new policy as I can. Below is the new policy which will be also posted in the clinic! Thank you all for your continued support.

Cancellation/No show policy

Clients must cancel their appointment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the amount of the scheduled appointment price.

30 mins: 32.50$
60 mins: 52.50$
90 mins: 72.50$​

If a client does not show up to their appointment and has not notified the Massage Therapist that they cannot make the appointment, 100% of the amount of the scheduled appointment price will be charged to the client.

30 mins: 65$ ​
60 mins: 105$
90 mins: 145$

Fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the next scheduled appointment. Should the client decide to not pay these fees, the client will no longer be able to book an appointment until the owing balance is resolved.

This policy will be strictly enforced. Some exceptions may apply.

I just wanted to let you all know that the best way to get a hold of me is through messenger on this page. The phone number I have for the business is more so for anyone who is older to be able to book and so that I can receive voicemails. This work phone gets checked every few hours or even days depending on when I am in the clinic or on holidays!

That being said - if you would like to book an appointment sooner than later, or you need to get a hold of me in a timely manner, please use messenger for the quickest reply! I usually will respond within the hour! :)

Recently, I’ve had some clients getting the wrong directions to our building! We are directly across from the ford dealership and are directly beside beside John Butler Photography!

I’d also like to address that although my business is called Fern & Birch, I am renting a space in a clinic with other amazing RMTs ☺️ so you won’t see my sign directly outside!
