We all know how important protein can be in a well balanced diet! Especially if you are a very active individual.

Smoothies are a quick and effective way to get a ton of nutrients in while increasing your protein intake for the day! Adding protein powder can be a common way to create a protein source in your smoothies, however some protein powders may not agree with you and they can be a little bit expensive!

I like adding greek yogurt to my smoothie for an extra hit of 15-20 grams protein 😊

1 banana 🍌
1 cup frozen mango 🥭
1 cup orange juice 🍊
1-2 handfuls of spinach 🍃
