Our clients where looking to create an open concept living area and kitchen space to provide a modern feel by removing the walls between the two areas. In the bathroom also removed the chimney completely from the roof to the basement to provide a bigger main bath. In addition the old boiler unit was removed and the home was updated to forced air heating & A/C as well as fully updated sewer and water.
