HIP & ANKLE MOBILITY - Another day, Another mobility routine π«‘. 8-12 reps each in a slow and controlled manner. Adductor Hip Extensions, Dynamic Cradle Stretch, Kneeling Lunge Dorsiflexion Rocks, Calf Raise Rocks, Ballerina Squat Rocks. 2 rounds π€. Adductor Hip Extensions - with one knee on the ground & the other leg stretched out sit back on your heel then stand up to a half kneeling position. Cradle Stretch - essentially a standing pigeon pose. Kneeling Lunge Dorsiflexion Rocks - with one knee on the ground & both hips facing forward, rock back then as far forward as you can bring your KNEE OVER YOUR TOES ππ. Calf Raise Rocks - hold on to something if needed, rock as far back as you can bringing your toes towards your shins then rock forward into a calf raise. Ballerina Squat Rocks - you can hold on to something if needed, these are essentially squat rocks but on your tippy toes so you alternate between a kneeling position and a deep squat with your knees off the ground. #homeworkoutideas #coreworkouts #workoutsforwomen #absworkout
