Below is a beautiful description of how I see time and our experiences unfolding. So often when I am working with clients they talk about their frustration in having to repeat lessons, however, they consistently learn something new and respond with a higher awareness each time they encounter the lesson. They are not going around in circles, they are spiralling into higher and higher awareness.

Welcome to the Fall (Autumnal) Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere a time of equal day and night, a pause or inhale when begin to bring our energy inward. This is a time when communities, plants and animals begin to prepare for the long sleep of winter. A time of renewal, regeneration, and healing.
Simultaneously it is the Spring (Vernal) Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere a time of equal day and night, a pause or exhale when we begin to turn our energy outward. This is a reawakening from the winter's sleep when plants burst forth and animals give birth. A time of seeding new possibilities, growth and expansion.
May you enjoy the beauty of the polarity and balance between the fall inhale and the spring exhale.
