With my last week of work rapidly coming to an end, I just want to thank everyone who booked in over the last few weeks and put up with some slightly varied versions of stretches… and wardrobe.

Grateful to say nobody had to surprise deliver a baby during their treatment, now me and this kid are gonna enjoy a few more weeks as one unit before they meet the world.

I’ll be back in the fall, so stay tuned for updates on that and in the mean time enjoy some of the many other talented RMT’s our town has to offer!!

To all you wonderful people wanting to get one final month of massaging in before I’m off, I’ve just opened up a slightly more limited schedule for the 1st 2 weeks of June.

As it gets closer to my due date I’ll be taking it easier, and also playing it by ear a little with my schedule. For that reason I’ll only be accepting bookings from existing clients.

I’ve had a couple of cancellations this week from people down with a cold/flu, and while I know it’s disappointing to miss out on a massage, I just want to thank you for cancelling and rescheduling 🙏🏼

I’ve just reposted a reminder about the waitlist feature on the booking app, which you can add yourself to if you can’t find a replacement appointment, and I’ll do my best to get you in where I can!

Happy new year everyone! After a very busy November and December, I’ve taken a few days away from the studio, but the January schedule is now online and already filling up, so be sure to get yourself booked in.

The power of a safe, therapeutic touch is not something to be underestimated. Sometimes, just setting aside an hour to yourself in a week is all you need to reset your entire mindset. Remember, whilst massage therapy is a beneficial tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation, taking control of your nervous system and giving it a moment to relax and reset is also very powerful.
