This is quite an honour - we are so very proud of our team - but we are proud also of the many businesses in Saskatoon that actively make a difference for their teams and in our community. obSEUSSed happened almost a month ago already but we are still flying from how incredible it was! There TRULY has never been a fundraising event like it in Saskatchewan with the absolutely stunning decor (thank you, Metric Design!), the over-the-top costumes, the never-ending fun and entertainment, the DEElish Seussified food and drinks, and positive energy to last for days! And the fact that the event raised another $600,000 for Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation means that the obSEUSSed legacy will carry on for generations. We are (almost) speechless with gratitude to everyone who lent their support.

obSEUSSed simply wouldn't have been possible without the support and dedication of our MANY incredible volunteers. We can't possibly list each one here but please know that we value and appreciate every single one of you.

THIS is what we set out to do when we started planning obSEUSSed three years ago. Though we had already raised more than $1.3 million for Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation to fund a pediatric surgical suite and the Prairie Dog Pod where children and their families can find respite while in hospital, we wanted to do more; the need for ongoing funding is SO great. We decided that a Seuss-themed event would be rife with possibilities for decor, costumes, food and drinks, entertainment, and FUN - and from that, obSEUSSed was born! And when the event finally happened last weekend, we knew we got it right (:
