Channel Performance offers Gym Saskās Parkour program. We offer 10 different levels, each athlete will recieve a report card at the end of our season.
What is Parkour?
Street gymnastics. Parkour focuses on skills a child could perform at a park. I would say it falls inline with Hip hop but focuses on gymnastics skills.
Check out our upcoming season. Parkour begins in October
