Well we’ll well. When I look through my paintings of 2022 I can say I didn’t paint ad much as I thought I had…BUT boy did I grow AND better than anything - I raised over $600 for Multiple Sclerosis research AND donated over $500 to the Ukraine Relief Fund all with the help of my amazing supporters.

I’m doing things a bit different this year with Christmas cards.

You can buy them as a five pack for $26.50 as usual through me and Etsy

OR

If you’d like to order bulk - I’ll give you 15% off your order
- must order 25 or more cards
- you may select the specific individual cards you’d like
- you may select the number of each card you’d like
- cards will not be wrapped in five packs with a ribbon as usual.
- full payment must be made before November 13th

Order must be placed by November 12th as I will order them on the 13th.

I’m behind on posting for so here’s my first post of 31 days of florals. A daisy!

I’ll have to double up soon so expect to be bombarded with flowers hahaha.

If you remember, back in May I raised funds for Multiple Sclerosis by selling a card I had made specifically for MS Awareness.

This - this card and painting, was created for those who have a deep connection and care for Movember. The month dedicated to bring more awareness to men’s health.

I know it’s only October but if you’re interested in sending and gifting this card to anyone for Movember, bows the time to grab it.

All funds from the purchases of this card will go to Movember.ca in support of men’s health!

The community I found through painting, the encouragement, the sharing, the like mindedness (is that a word), lifted me up and helped me grow my skills as a painter but more so as a human!

I was told not to post “just to post” but I don’t even have anything of value to say anymore. I don’t mean to sound negative. But I’m tired. Unmotivated. Worn out. And my painting is taking a back seat to it all.

I do have a market each month till Christmas so that’s fun! And I took forward to some in person sales.

The September birth flower is one of my favourites. Morning glory. Gracing is with her beauty early morning and blooming once. A late season bloomer - but we’ll worth the wait.

No lack of color on this custom order. It’s vibrant and so full of energy.

I’ve always loved florals but my interest in flowers was heightened once I moved to my new home in Spruce Grove, Ab, Canada. It had a beautiful garden that needed a lot of attention. I quickly learned about outdoor flowers. What I loved. What I didn’t. And it went hand in hand with my paintings. Back yard inspiration - there’s nothing quite like it.

So many of my paintings are inspired by flowers I have in my yard or that I see walking around our beautiful neighbourhood.

To share my love of Flowers and painting in one medium fills my heart!
