This casserole is TO DIE FOR and fills your house with the most amazing smell!

Greek Turkey Veggie & Quinoa Casserole-

1 lb ground turkey breast, (should be close to 4 red containers) cooked with-
4-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb
1 green container onion, chopped

4 yellow containers quinoa, cooked
1 green container yellow pepper, chopped
2 green container fresh spinach, chopped
1 can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1- 23-25 oz jar of marinara, no sugar added
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

2 blue container feta
2 tbsp red onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the turkey, onions and seasonings over medium heat until no longer pink. Place all ingredients, other than the feta and red onions in a large bowl and mix throughly. Spray a 9X13 pan with non-stick spray and transfer turkey mixture into the pan. Top with feta , red onions and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Did you know the benefits of weight training for women over 40 far outweigh those that just choose cardio?
The average woman who strength trains 2-3X/week for 2 months will gain 3.5lbs of muscle & lose 3.5lbs of fat! And because muscle takes up less physical space as fat, your body will look more toned & defined. So that's a lot of incentive to add some resistance training to your workouts!💪💪

With zucchini in abundant supply right about now, this would be an awesome way to use it up. Zucchini noodles are so much fun to make if you have a spiralizer. This sounds delicious. I'm definitely going to try it!

Might not think one pound a week is much, but this puts it in perspective. A pound of fat actually takes up a lot of space. I think I'll be happy the next time I see a one pound drop on the scale thank you!!

I created this page as a way of exciting change in people in the area of health & fitness. I'm not a super out going individual, yet when your life has changed in so many positive ways its hard not to get excited! The number on the scale this morning is one I haven't seen in over 25 years. I'm not one to focus on a number, yet this is a HUGE victory for me. Suffering from severe hormonal issues since the age of 21, my metabolism has suffered tremendously. Being on diabetic pills for years, on anti depressants, too many pills to mention. I have FINALLY found something that works.
