Leading up to the opening of Bibi Bistro, I'm feeling a whirlwind of anticipation, excitement, and a touch of nervous energy. It's like the moments before a big event that took months to plan; where everything is set, the atmosphere is charged, and I'm just waiting for the first guests to arrive and kick off the celebration. There's a deep sense of pride and fulfillment, knowing that all my hard work and passion are about to culminate in something truly special.

What I wish for people coming into Bibi Bistro is that they feel an immediate sense of warmth and welcome. I want them to feel at home, to relax and enjoy the inviting ambiance that I've meticulously crafted. Every detail, from the décor to the menu, is designed to make them feel special and valued; a touch of the past days in France, now modernized, and right here at home in Newfoundland.

The experience at Bibi Bistro will be one of comfort, joy, and delight. Imagine the aroma of freshly baked goods wafting through the air, the friendly chatter of staff and patrons, and the sight of beautifully presented dishes that are as much a feast for the eyes as they are for the palate. My hope is that each visit to Bibi Bistro will be memorable, leaving guests eager to return and share their experience with others. Great food and drink is meant to be shared and enjoyed with others, is it not?

Living in France for almost 20 years has deeply influenced Bibi Bistro. I cherish the great memories of sharing laughter, stories, and delicious food around a table with the aperitif. I want to bring a slice of that French heritage here, where every meal feels like a celebration of life, friendship, and good taste.
