We previously lived there from 2020 - 2022, and after the last two years, we know our home belongs in the mountains.

I’ve been thinking a lot about my Botox story

I was 27 the first time I got Botox, and received it for about 18 months.

I won’t lie, I loved it! At first.

Then I started noticing that,
1. I was afraid of my “own skin” coming back, when I noticed little creases, I started to panic. Not great for the ol’ self confidence.
2. My face was compensating. Our facial muscles are all connected. When you freeze the eyes, the bunny lines came, the forehead started moving in a new way, I started getting more smile lines…
It was better in one area, worse in others
3. Every time I went, my injector told me I needed more to compensate
4. The biggest one I just realized - my smile didn’t meet my eyes when I was getting Botox.. I lost that inner light in my eyes.

How often should I come?

This is my most common question. ✨

If you’re looking for a dramatic lift of your skin, and to reduce the effects of aging quickly, Microcurrent is safe to come as often as twice a week 👀

The majority of my people come one to two times per month, giving them a consistent lift and glow to their skin, leaving noticeable results and feeling confident in their skin!

I notice the biggest difference in the skin on the first appointment, at 4 sessions, 6 sessions, and 12 sessions always blows my mind the before and after!

This is a question I still ask myself, WHY is this important?

For me, it's in all aspects of our lives, when we become complacent, it's boring, monotonous, you lose the vest and spice for life.

Aging is a privilege.

Aging gracefully, at our own rate is also a privilege.

That's not to say that it's not difficult to see our skin change in the mirror, and of course we can get down on ourselves, but I was the queen of nitpicking, obsessing, and terrified of my own skin, my own aging, and YES, it still gets to me.

But with regular microcurrent, I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my skin, the quality, the texture and tone, it's smoother, brighter, my eyes more open and bright, my wrinkles diminished, but I LOVE that I still look like me. (If you remember my botox story) 😶‍🌫️

Finding holistic, natural alternatives, that actually support my entire body as a whole, has changed so much of the narrative that I speak to myself.

Being completely transparent, I was feeling wildly self conscious in these photos.

I had these taken a year and half ago, and my photographer was INCREDIBLE, she captured so much of me that I couldn't see. I'm grateful to say that I am feeling how I wish I would have in these photos.

I FEEL sexy and nourished, because I take the time to care for myself in that way.

I LOVE on myself, treat myself, I expanded self care beyond journaling in the morning and treating myself to a Starbucks.

Coming home to myself, to my body, has been my greatest blessing.
