Aloe Vera After Sun-I may have spent too much time reading poolside last weekend. This lightweight gel doesn’t have the gummy residue that I find a lot of aloes have. It takes the sting of a burn out and leaves a light refreshing scent $15.50

Bliss Body Lotion- many people’s favourite! A perfect lotion for summer that is not as heavy as a body butter. It smells divine, like an orange creamsicle. $25.00

An early morning walk in the first snowfall of the season was a great way to start the day. Although I am thankful for the extra time this morning to have a soak in these amazing salts.

I stretch my time between my professional and personal lives. I often push my family and myself aside to accommodate clients. There has been a rise in late cancellations and no shows. These come at a loss in revenue for me, and a missed opportunity to someone else who is on a wait list.

As we head into the busyness of the end of then year my space is filling up. Please check your schedules as well as your remaining benefits. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge. No shows will be subject to the full charge of treatment. This policy has been in effect but it will start being enforced.

Cold and flu season is upon us 😔 We’ve been battling one cold on top of another in this household.

Got my son on the treatment table today for a lymphatic and immune boosting treatment. To give the treatment a real boost I used muscle testing to select essential oils that are indicated for his body at this time. This treatment took 1/2hr.
