HAPPY NEW YEAR from your friends at Knife to Meat You!

Some exciting changes have taken place and we are excited to share them with you!

First, unfortunately we are discontinuing family size meals. However, if you ARE looking for a family dinner we will continue to take special requests for entire meals or just bits and pieces. Don't be afraid to ask! Send us an email at [email protected]

Second, due to rising cost of groceries and prep containers we have had to increase prices slightly to accommodate the rise in our cost.

Finally, and perhaps the most exciting, is the introduction of BUNCHES OF LUNCHES, meals for kids! All our snacks and meals are made in-house, so you can feel good about it.

We also wanted to give a BIG HUGE thank you to all of you for your comments, engagement and support.
We are excited about our new endeavour and look forward to having you join us on the ride!

Starting next weekend we will be adding single meals to the menu consisting of

a. Meat, Veg, Carb for $12 per meal
b. Meat & Veg for $10 per meal
or get a mix of both!

We will provide you with weekly food lists to mix and match and you let us know how many meals you want for the week 😊

Meal Prep will *scheduled* pickup is Sunday between 2pm - 8pm ONLY
Orders must be in by Saturdays @ 5pm
