There are plenty of spots around Thorold to drop off your goods for Tool Box Niagara, supporting homeless people in our community and the greater Niagara Region.
Up until Dec. 1, various organizations in our community are collecting specific items for Tool Box Niagara, which aims to provide essential supplies to homeless individuals in .
Each tool box will include socks, gloves, a tuque, body wash and deodorant, a toothbrush and toothpaste, some snacks and a puzzle that is then handed out to an individual in need during the month of December.
Please consider donating any of the following items at any of the following locations:

The Community Support Services of Niagara's Snow Buddies program is looking for more volunteers to be matched up with local seniors, helping to keep their driveway/pathway clear of snow in the winter. Reach out if you can help!
Become a Snow Buddie and help a senior in your community this winter.
Many seniors become isolated in their homes due to heavy snow fall during the winter. Snow buddie volunteers can help seniors by providing free snow removal and allowing seniors to remain happy in their homes.
