Newly renovated apartment in our sunny duplex on Secord St. 🏠!

This is a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment complete with a large balcony patio + lots of natural light 😍☀️.

This renovation took just over 2 months and the updates include:

- new kitchen
- new bathroom
- new flooring
- new laundry installed

Congrats to our tenants on their new home!

Ambrose St. project update 😅: After demolition and some heavy rain falls, we unfortunately found major water issues in the basement which has caused big project delays 😫 💦.

The foundation was blue skinned poorly and the cold room (located under the stairs in the second picture) had holes in it letting a ton of water in!

We decided to get rid of the stairs and cold room completely, and let the professionals take care of the rest. They dug out the foundation and installed new blueskin and weeping tile.
Here’s to no leaks in spring 2023 now that the job has been done right!

Now time to get this project done ✅.

We just closed on this little duplex downtown that is in serious need of some love from

We are gutting the house this weekend and will be completely redoing the inside over the next few months. New kitchens, new bathrooms, new flooring and paint. It’s going to look brand new when it’s done up to our standards, then we’ll get these two new units rented out to some awesome tenants!
