I am restarting my journey. I have gained a large amount of weight over the past year and have joined a new gym. I am almost at the end of week 4. I work out 5 days a week Monday to Friday and have changed to a gluten free diet as I found out I have an allergy to wheat after experiencing symptoms. Here is to getting healthy again and continuing to not give up. Les Mills BODYPUMP and treadmill stats. I got this.
Here is is some more progress π I had an injury for a week and I'm now back :) feeling good. I pushed through despite forgetting my shoes at home haha π Happy Friday
This week I'm finding it hard to workout. Nutrition is really important for energy! I had eating fast food twice over the weekend and I think I'm still feeling the effects haha moving my body feels really heavy lol I've not skipped a workout which I'm proud of even though it was a couple close time where I almost didn't do it πͺπββοΈ we got this
Great workout week at the gym ποΈββοΈ I'm definitely feeling stronger and starting to see results! Constancy is key even on the worst days keep on going
Well I'm officially at 30 days of workouts since I've been tracking them! I can say I'm officially proud and 20lbs lighter! Keep on going πͺ summer is coming π
Thank you instructor! You really pushed me to come to class today even tho I really absolutely did NOT want to go! Every day we struggle π€πββοΈπͺ I won today's battle
Good afternoon! Here are some photos over the last couple of days. I have been working really hard and it's starting to finally show πββοΈπͺ the workout chart is really helping me, every time I do a workout I put a sticker and it's a great motivation to keep on going. Summer is coming and I want to be ready :D

Happy Friday everyone! I've been going at it strong and feeling like my clothes are already starting to fit better again what a relief π consistency is key
I nailed all 3 workouts πͺ off to a good start I am starting to feel stronger and I no longer have muscle soreness yuppie!
Another 3 workout smashed! I've officially worked out 5 days in a row tomorrow will be my last until I give myself a rest day. I will admit doing les mills bodycombat on the oculus is a game changer and Iook forward to the next time I use it.
I've been working really hard lately and also found a les mills program on the oculus quest 2! These workouts are a game changer and I am now addicted! My muscles are sore but just have to keep going πͺ
I got one workout in today and made sure to keep on track with my food today. My watch broke during my workout the screen will not turn on anymore, until i get a new one il have to wait until I can continue with my fitbit tracking. I'm glad I have this chart for now!
Another workout done! Today it actually felt like it was getting easier! It felt really good putting those stickers on aswel π to another day of success
Workouts complete πͺ week 3 day 1 it feels so good to be back at the gym now that it's open!
Good evening! Day 4 success π even though it is currently 10:17pm I got it done! So proud of myself. It was very tough to do. I procrastinated all day and now just finally over. One more workout before I get a rest day
Day 3 complete! I made myself a special chart for my workouts to keep myself accountable and it's fun! I can't wait to see when it's all filled with stickers. Every 10 days I will reward myself with something that will make me feel extra good. π This is a great idea to help inspire workouts. At the end i will make a new one and continue on.
Day 2 yesterday's workout complete! I'm so sore I forgot to post last night here it is both my workouts! It was very challenging and today I feel even more sore. My muscles are definitely not used to working out anymore and that's exactly why I need to stay on track! Haha. Il be doing tonight's workout later on today
Here we go again! I took a really big vacation with the holidays that just went by and have gained quite a few pounds. I am restarting Day 1 another journey. My clothes are tight and all I can think of is I need to fit comfortably again in them and excited to see how healthy i can get by the summer βοΈ πͺπββοΈ to a new year 2022. Bodypump and a half hour run on the treadmill I will be doing for workouts until the gym reopens.

I nailed the last 3 days! I'm so proud of myself I got to make this wonderful cabbage soup aswel and have lots for the freezer π I hope everyone had a great day
Good morning, after quite some weeks of taking care due to health issues I am back at it again, fresh new outfit and a great cup for my protein overnight oats! Today was a success I got both my bodypump and 30 min cardio run . Now to just keep consistent and food back on track. It's never to late to start again keep going πͺ in my oats I also added, cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt, Chia seeds, Stevia, protein powder, almond milk
My 2 workouts are now done and I'm ready to start my day πͺπͺ I'm noticing my body already has more energy on day 3 of consistent running along with bodypump :) I'm feeling good
Day one back on track was a great success π unfortunately I have to do my workouts at 5am in order to make this routine work so therefore I will not be using the gym as much as I love it there. For my training I am doing Bodypump and running on the treadmill πͺ

Well I've gained some weight back and took a nice well call it a break. I'm ready to start back where I left off and keep on going! I'm planning on shedding the rest of my weight and get to my goal πͺ one step at a time. We all struggle and that's okay as long as we get back up and continue on :) let's do this

Good afternoon! With the raining going on I felt like cuddling up in blankets and taking a nap but instead I got off the couch, put on a nice outfit I feel good in and away I go! We can do this πͺ one day at a time

Happy Saturday everyone! Here are some more random pictures over the last 2 weeks. I'm feeling really good and well energized! Looking forward to pushing myself this week and have set a goal for 100,000 steps this week πͺ il will post an update next week when I crush it π

6 weeks of intense training and no alcohol! I am definitely feeling better and I I lost 10 lbs so proud of myself πͺπ₯° its definitely not easy and there are times I wanted to give up, reminding myself of my goals and to remain consistent helped raise me up and support with people checking in on me
