Always wait before you react specially when you are angry, upset, sad or feeling low to process your thoughts, this will save your relationship wit your loved one, will allow you to think before you say anything to anyone out of anger and destroy your relationship and regret and feel guilt what you have done???? What you have said out of rage. When you are upset or sad, most of the time you can not control your feelings, you do not think what is right or wrong, you do not pay attention to your body language, tone of voice, choice of words. You are influenced by your feelings and end of pouring your own feelings over others without thinking about other’s feelings. You also will not able to think how you are acting?
So, Wait, give your self time to think, give yourself time to respond not react. Because once you damage something, it won’t be same again. You may able to join damaged items or relation but it won’t be same like first time. It takes a lot of time, patience and hard work to build relation but it can be break easily less than few seconds.
There is nothing harmful to wait before response. It gives you opportunity to observe, analyse and time to find the right response in most difficult situation.
