here we start to taper off with volume, shortening up reps and sets, with focus on being explosive, with a focus on speed and power. Almost show time, this phase is meant to put the final touches on the preparation and make sure you are flying into training camp.

Moving through technical variations that not only create sharpness, but are strategically designed to challenge the energy system targeted in this phase of training. Intensity looks different on the pitch, lots of demand in a short period of time, mimicking game action, with designed calculated rest to allow the recovery system to become efficient and helping you bounce back for your next action.

In this stage having set the foundations, we look to increase intensity as well. It's not easy, but arguably the most crucial in building the resilience necessary for enduring a full season's demands.

Clean and smooth training. Our first phase brick laying so we can ask more and higher intensity later. Intentional movement now, making fair asks of our body later for it to perform at it's best without breaking down.
