Royal Concierge and Security is hiring for Full time, Part-Time, and floater positions at our site in Kingston, Ontario.

The site is a residential condominium that consists of 10 floors and 340 units.

Duties and responsibilities:

- The guard must patrol and document all maintenance issues, damages to the property, and any vandalism.

- Inspection of the fire panel

- Walk each floor to ensure no homeless are inside the premises. Must remove them (non-physical)

- Will be entering and exiting the buildings as per patrols.

- Shift timing - 7 pm to 7 am

- Daily shift reporting and Incident reporting

- Looking for an immediate start

- Must be responsible and dedicated

*** Must have a valid Ontario security license and First Aid CPR**

Incident report writing - Accurate and detailed

Foot Patrol - Four small buildings (Patrolling the interior and exterior)

Will have to walk outside while on patrol for short periods

Maintaining shift logs

Identifying damages and vandalism

Regular communications with the dispatch team and Operations team

Walking distance from the University of Waterloo

Looking for someone for Thursday to Friday and Friday to Saturday

(11 pm to 7 am both days)

** Must have a valid Ontario security guard license as well as first aid CPR.

Maintaining a COVID-19 Workplace Safety Plan such as the use of personal protective equipment and a sanitizer to reduce the number of microorganisms present on the hands is mandatory for all staff members and residents! ✅

Disinfecting before your shift:
As the Covid-19 virus continues to produce other dangerous variants it is expected that we take as many precautions as possible. This means washing your hands as often as possible, using disinfectant to wipe down the entire desk area, mouse, keyboard and surfaces to reduce the spread of bacteria.

Royal Concierge and Security is now hiring for Part-Time nights for one of our locations in Downtown Toronto. The position is 16 hours per week.

The expectations of the position are:

- Concierge Services - Front Desk
- Greeting, acknowledging residents and visitors
- Foot Patrols every 2 hours (small patrols as property is small)
- Shift reports
- Incident reports
- Audits as assigned to complete during the shift
- Administrative tasks as assigned

*Must have a valid Ontario security license as well as first aid and CPR

*We are looking for a long-term commitment of 6 months to 1-year.

- Inspection of fire panels
- Walk each floor to ensure no homeless are inside the premises. Must remove them (non-physical)
- Must be okay walking outside in the cold weather during winter. Will be entering and exiting the buildings as per patrols.
- Reporting will be done in the guard station.
- Shift timing - 11pm to 7am Thursday to Friday and Friday to Saturday (16 hours total)
- Daily shift reporting and Incident reporting
- Looking for an immediate start
- Must be responsible and dedicated
*** Must have a valid Ontario security license and First Aid CPR**
