The Ascension Part 2 -
(I shared part 1 yesterday)

ASCENSION
What is happening. The world as we know it, is going through transformation. We humans are opening ourselves to higher vibrations and becoming more aware of things
not perceived by normal senses. In other words we are going through a collective ascension. We have ascended
in Spirit form before when we are on the other side but this is the first time we are ascending while in the physical body.

To do so we need to shed everything that
weigh us down. These are the traumas, core wounds and any lower vibrational emotions stored in our body from our past in this lifetime and previous lifetimes.
These do not have a place in higher vibrating realities.

We cannot carry them with us in higher dimensions. So
we are being given an opportunity to release them
individually and collectively.
Gaia, our earth is leading this change as she herself is
ascending to her higher dimensional avatar. She will
ascend with or without us. But if we need to go with her,
we need to shed all that doesn't serve in 5th dimension
and higher. The density we hold in our bodies needs to
be shed.

HOW ARE WE DOING THIS?
There are so many forces working as catalyst in this process.
Solar energies, cosmic energies, planatery alignments and
many more. These bring in transformational energies that
help us shift from a dense 3D carbon based physical body to
a crystalline light body with all 12 strands of DNA unlocked
and activated. The plasma light and cosmic energies bring in
the light codes which act as keys to activate the light body. It
also is healing in the sense that it helps clear the density by
pushing all lower vibrational stuff from our physical, mental
and emotional bodies to the surface to clear up and make
space in our body to hold more light. Everytime we get
upgraded our bodies get recalibrated to be aligned with
ascension timeline and becoming a light body. It may not
seem so sometimes, but with all activations and upgrades we
get better and better at holding light in our bodies and
managing the symptoms,
Currently, we operate with 2 strands of DNA while rest is
labeled as junk DNA. This so called junk DNA is the key to
abilities like telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation and more.
These aren't superpowers in higher dimensions but a norm.
And we can all access them if and when we activated the
dormant strands of our DNA. And that's where we are
headed to.

WHEN WILL THIS END?
Some say it will end with a solar flash. However, I disagree.
Ascension is a continuous process. So even if a flash occurs
which pushes us to 5D, wiping off all lower vibrational
energies and turning off 3D matrix, ascension doesn't stop at
5th dimension.
In spirit/soul form we are used to being light body. Coming
to carth in this dense meatsuit is alrcady uncomfortable for
us and top it off with all the purges and inner work makes it
so painful. It is truly harder right now in the physical
because of all the density that needs to be shed. But we
chose this incarnation to balance and clear a lot of karma
(individual, ancestral and collective) and get an experience
of 3D. With every release we upgrade, we get accustomed to
higher consciousness. We open ourselves to a little bit more
to higher vibrations. And we recalibrate our consciousness
being in physical body. So it may not end with a flash but we
get better and better and more in alignment with higher
dimensions with lesser density in physical body and
eventually become light body.
Gaia might stay in her 5D avatar called Tara for a while but
as souls we all keep ascending till we clear all karma,
experience all the dimensions and then merge back into
source.

I DID NOT SIGNUP FOR THIS!
Oh darling, but you did!! This may feel harder to digest with
limited awareness we have right now. But You are a powerful
and ancient soul who came in this incarnation well aware of
what to come, what is needed to be done and with all the tools
who you are. Remember how powerful you are. And remember
vou can do this!! You are never alone. Ask your team of light to
heip you when you struggle. They will help you out and guide
you. Take care of your physical body and actively work on
healing yourself, your inner child and your mental, and
emotional body so when bigger flares activate you are not
caught olf guard by a big burst of emotions /physical
society told you to do (to keep you in the rut forever). Also you
are only responsible for yourself, so let your focus be on you.
You cannot change /heal anyone else. All you can do is be the
example that others around you (friends and family) can
follow.

Also please know that you are not the only one who is going
through this. There are a lot of us who came with this mission
making our way out of the density. Together we are helping
humanity move to a better world, more conscious, more loving
and making it a better place to be. The new children who are
coming in are already coming in activated and they are making
the change to 5D more and more accessible. All we have to do
is work on ourselves to raise our vibration and hold and
anchor it. With every soul holding a higher consciousness and
higher vibration the collective vibration raises. This triggers
more awakenings in people around us and in the general the
bar is raised little by little. And we can collectively tip the scale.

HOW ARE SOLAR FLARES HELPING?
These solar blasts of plasma boost our
lifeforce/prana/chi/qi/ka. It is not just the source of our
energy but also helping us open and raise our
consciousness to higher levels. Every solar flare activates
the DNA little by little, upgrades our bodies and brings us
closer to ascension to 5D. These light codes act as keys
which unlock our soul purpose and soul missions
embedded deep in our cellular memory. It is often
accompanied by physical, mental and emotional
symptoms that arise, called ascension symptoms. These
bring our attention to trapped energies/emotions that
need to be released from our body. Imagine it working
like pushing the gunk out of a clogged pipe. That's how
these solar blasts push things out of our system. Again as
we let go of what keeps us down, we become lighter and
raise our vibrations and expand our consciousness.
This happens little by little, giving us chance to release
them and manage the rest of our day to day functioning.
We've had lifetimes of trauma to be released and
programming to be cleared to finally reach to the level
where finally our dormant DNA starts activating due to
these solar codes. All this is governed and managed by our
higher selves and we are only given what we can handle.
Sometimes we are pushed just over the edge to make us
realise how powerful we are and how much we
underestimate ourselves. Remember, you've survived all
the difficult times so far and you are capable enough to do
so in the future too.

WHAT ARE DIMENSIONS?
Dimensions are not actual places but states of
consciousness. Even though we are all living on the
same planet and are surrounded by the same world,
our perception of it will be different depending on
which state of consciousness we are choosing to see
things at. We can live in any one of these states or
keep hopping between a combination of multiple
dimensions, with the majority of people doing just
that. There are hundreds and thousands of
dimensions.
In general, Lower Dimensions are dense, heavy, rigid,
complex, hidden, and narrowly focused. They have
lower frequency vibrations or energies, and a greater
sense of individuality and separation. Because of their
lower-frequency they are not able to hold as much
knowledge and awareness. We, humans, look at them
as negative or bad, though that is not true.
In general, Higher Dimensions are light, transparent,
flexible, less complex, and more broadly
encompassing and inclusive. They have higher
frequency vibrations and are able to hold more
knowledge and awareness, including an increased
sense of universal oneness and less individuality.

3D: This is the state of consciousness that most people
and our society have been operating from for a long
time.3D consciousness holds perspectives of duality,
polarity, individuality, and separation. It is a more
dense material awareness. In this state of awareness,
our focus is usually on survival and the accumulation
of material security. 3D is the typical daily state of
consciousness that most people have been operating
from and that many are shifting from.
AD: This state of consciousness is often regarded as
the transition phase between 3D and 5D. AD awareness
can be regarded as the in-between phase of
integration and changing perceptions. This dimension
can come with the experience of confusion as we sort
through our old beliefs, new revelations, and shifting
perceptions. AD is a phase of unmasking as We See
beyond the ego, gaining a higher perspective on the
concept of duality and glimpse that there is more than
just physical reality. As we shed what no longer aligns
we become less dense in preparation for 5D. Another
indicator that you are experiencing 4D awareness can
include seeing more angel numbers and experiencing
synchronicities that further heighten your awareness.

SD: The 5th dimension is a level of consciousness
embodied in oneness and absolute love. This
dimension allows us to experience a life that is less
dense, beyond duality and ego. The spiritual
dimension of 5D is all about truth, integrity, and
energetic experience.
his shift from 3D to 5D it is all about integration,
embodying, and experiencing a change in perspective
towards a more holistic, all-encompassing, and
upgraded perspective that we refer to as 5D
consciousness.
These are monumental times to be alive. A
phenomenal shift in the consciousness of Gaia is
taking place, to which all life on the planet is invited.
This shift takes place on a personal level which ripples
to shift the collective consciousness as more
individuals ascend to embody the 5D experience of
ease, fluidity, love, and unity. When you "transcend" a
dimension, you are not moving from here to
somewhere else, because remember, all the other
dimensions exist within the same space. It's all the
same place, it's just a matter of how much of that
place you are able to perceive. You are expanding your
perception of what's alrcady here to encompass more
of that which already is.

WHAT IS DENSITY?
Density is a concept that refers to how much mass or energy
is in an amount of space. The mass is information, and space
is the measure of the connectedness of information. Density
assumes that everything is made of energy. Like everything,
density also exists on a spectrum from most dense to least
dense.
In more dense form energy is contracted, heavy and closer
together, and more like matter or solid objects. In less dense
form energy is expanded, light and further apart and more
like energy.
So Density emphasizes the specific energy frequency (or
state of consciousness, awakening, or universal oneness)
that a being or an object is generating or displaying at any
point in time. whereas, Dimensions are realms where most
beings are vibrating at frequencies that are close enough
that they can share a good part of their experiences.
A Higher Density or frequency entity is closer to God /
Source and able to hold more and broader information,
knowledge, awareness, and intelligence in its consciousness.
There is also a greater sense of oneness and a feeling of
lightness. In fact, physical forms become "light bodies" living
on light energy (not physical food) when they reach the
highest densities.
A Lower Density or frequency entity is closer to Creation
(the diversity of the universe) and therefore holds more
structure, polarity, separation, diversity, and physical
experiences in its consciousness. It feels heavier and is more
associated with darkness.

WHAT IS VIBRATION?
In string theory, the term vibration refers to the
vibratory rate of the "strings" which make up particles
(protons, electrons, neutrons, quarks, neutrinos,
photons) that are the building blocks of matter
(physical objects) and force (light, gravity, etc.). The
fabric of reality, if you will. The slower the vibration,
the denser it is. The faster the vibration, the less
dense it is. Water, ice, and steam are great Ways to
visualize this. The slower the vibratory rate of the
atoms in the water, the more dense the molecules,
and the more solid the water becomes until it is ice.
The faster they vibrate, the less dense they become
until they are liquid and then v***r.
Think of energy (in the spiritual sense) in the same
way. The slower/lower your vibration, the more dense
your reality is. The higher/faster your vibration, the
less dense it is until "p**f" it is nö longer visible. You
that vibrate within a range that is similar to your own.
Trascending
OUR consciousness ("mental body*) can be in any
density or dimension that it puts its focus on. So, our
consciousness and mind can be at a higher density
than our physical body. Some call this "transcending".

WHAT IS LIGHT LANGUAGE?
Light Language is an umbrella term for
channeled healing information from multi-
dimensions or in simple terms 'the universe
Light language can come in a variety of
different forms such as sacred geometry,
sound, song, symbols, numbers, movement,
etc. The frequencies of light language bring
in intense energies that help with spiritual
activation, processing shifts in
consciousness, facilitating light body
restructuring, and getting
information/guidance needed. It connects us
to higher realms where we have a better
understanding of our
*multi-dimensional"
experiences.
What does light language sound like? From
animal sounds to clicks and pulses, from
tones and songs to spoken dialects, from
hand and body mudras to singing, dancing,
painting , light language has many
expressiONS.

WHAT ARE LIGHT CODES?
Light is information that contains the codes of
creation. Consider Light codes to be a unit of
light language and usually come in various
shapes and symbols to clear, heal and activate
your mind, body and soul. Just as plant seeds
carry encoded information, a set of instructions
divinely designed and imprinted, light codes
carry their own living language that informs us
of the nature and purpose of our higher sell,
and that of the Cosmos. Held in the ancient
universal language of sacred geometry, colours,
sounds, tones and frequencies, light codes
carry the signature and memory imprints of
our soul's many incarnate journeys on this and
other planes of existence. They are the seeds of
our divine genetic potential and contain the
Blueprint of all Creation. When activated into
our awareness, light codes bring us into a
deeper embodied, resonate understanding, or
cellular remembrance, of who we are at the
individual soul level, why we are here, as well
as our shared Cosmic Oversoul.

WHAT ARE DOWNLOADS?
The download is a metaphor used to
explain the process of receiving an influx of
knowledge, higher light frequency,
awareness, or receiving consciousness
updates to the programs within your
mental and physical operating system.
Downloads of information can come from a
variety of sources-your soul, higher self,
guides and angels, the source itself, the
great central Sun, etc. it can also come in a
variety of forms - an aha moment, idea,
song, vision, to name a few or just a packet
of info which slowly trickles down in our
consciousness from the subconscious.
When a download happens, it's like
receiving a blast or surge of light into your
being.
