Spring is here! This upcoming long weekend is a great time for outdoor activities. It’s time to tune up your bicycle, get out your running shoes, and / or get around to yard work you’ve been putting off.
Movement and exercise are great ways to stay mentally and physically fit. Here are seven fit tips to get you moving safely this weekend and beyond. Please share these tips with your friends, colleagues, and patients.
1. Warm up before you exercise.

3. Maximize your mobility and range of motion – Keep your muscles and joints moving to support your athletic ability and help prevent injury.
