This episode pits Kenny against Spenny in a competition to see who can stay awake the longest.

The boys hit the rink to see who is the better figure skater. Kenny, as usual, has to think on his feet because he can't skate, while Spenny works very hard on his ever-so-cheesy tribute to rock and roll.

The boys don g-strings and take to the poles to see who will make the better male stripper. Kenny's devious plot makes his own Tarzan routine obsolete and puts Spenny's stripping nerd character on the brink.

The boys put on 80-pound weights, the first one to take off the weights is the loser. Kenny takes the opportunity to rip on fat people. Spenny has a tough time when his bad back acts up but thinks he may have uncovered one of Kenny's master plans

Kenny and Spenny must portray themselves as women in a cocktail party with five female judge that decide the winner based on the two's behavior and antics.

With their arms out of commission, the boys will need to survive on only their intelligence, patience and skill. Who will get the upper "hand" in this farewell to arms?

Kenny and Spenny do a series of fast paced mini-competitions. Spitting grapes, climbing stairs, standing on their head, rock/paper scissors, wrestling -- and many more. One gets injured, the other wins.

Kenny and Spenny must write and perform stand-up comedy in front of a crowd, among them the judge, Mark Breslin, who will decide the final outcome.

Kenny and Spenny must put on their best moves in order to seduce each other's mother. Whoever gets further sexually with the other guy's mom is the winner.

Kenny and Spenny must kiss as many women as possible within a certain time period. Whoever has kissed most women by the end is the winner.

In perhaps the silliest competition to date - if that's even possible - the dysfunctional duo wear hot and itchy gorilla suits in the middle of summer - the first one to take off any part of the costume is the loser. Spenny's strategy is to ignore the costume and be himself while raising awareness of the fate of the mountain gorilla, while Kenny devolves, finding his inner gorilla, and does his best to put gorilla Spenny into extinction

Kenny and Spenny must engage in Qigong, or more simply, lifting weights with their ge****ls. The person who can lift more is declared the winner.

Doing his best to make Spenny laugh, Kenny engages in an outrageous barrage of funny costumes and ridiculous characters. Thinking defensively, Spenny tries to plunge himself into a deep depression and existential crisis.

The boys see who can last the longest living in the same van.
Spenny, scared to death of Kenny's driving, opts for the front, while
Kenny turns the back of the van into his own personal Turkish party
palace. This bizarre competition offers a unique, claustrophobic
twist on road rage

The boys write and perform their own original song. Spenny embraces his childhood fantasy and forms a rock band while Kenny tries to con the judges by conducting a full children's choir as they perform perhaps the cheesiest song ever written.

Kenny and Spenny must both come up with a script, characters, and setting and act it out onstage for a talent agent. Whomever she decides put on the better play is the winner.

Kenny and Spenny compete to see, touch, grope, poke, or brush up against the most number of breasts. Unfortunately, some of those breasts have boyfriends.
