Norman, an elderly male living with dementia, recently wandered for two days before a vigilant crossing guard recognized him from a missing person bulletin and flagged down the police. Thanks to their quick thinking and the power of community awareness, Norman was safely reunited with his family.
Inspired by their father's story, the family is on a mission to make a difference for other seniors facing similar challenges. They've launched a fundraising campaign to support individuals living with dementia in their community.
Please support the Gray family's initiative in making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families.
Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a developmental disorder characterized by challenges in social interaction, communication, and repetitive behaviors. It is a spectrum condition, meaning that individuals with autism may have a wide range of abilities and experiences. Autism affects each person uniquely, and it is important to recognize and respect these differences.
In the journey of celebrating neurodiversity, it is important to understand and embrace autism. By gaining knowledge about autism and fostering a culture of acceptance, we can create a more inclusive society.

Today, on International Women's Day, we celebrate the remarkable contributions and achievements of women in policing. From trailblazers like Mary M. Minty & Maria J. Levitt, the first female Officers of the Metropolitan Toronto Police in 1913, to modern leaders like Jane Wilcox, the first female Unit Commander (S*x Crimes Unit) in the Toronto Police Service in 2005, women have played a vital role in shaping law enforcement. Their dedication, courage, and professionalism inspire us all.
