To start, we blend grapefruit juice, aquafaba and lemon juice, creating a fluffy, foamy, citrusy (and egg-free) base. After coating the rim with an electric blue sugar, we add in ice, @dillonsdistills selby berry bliss, and @dejadotequila. Pour in the fluffy grapefruit juice blend, crown it with an electric pink lightning bolt, and you have a Ziggy Stardust-worthy cocktail! 💗💙⚡

Dillon's Cocktail Competition
VIDEO: On Thursday, January 28th, 2015, 40+ cocktail connoisseurs joined us to guest judge our first-ever Dillon's Small Batch Distillers cocktail competition! Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Michael Wilson, including dishes like venison tartare and roasted quail, as Adam D'Intino of Dillon's and Sara Kuz of Luma competed in four rounds of heated mixology.
